Bayer Healthcare signed on April 1st,2005 and agreement with Talecris Biotherapeutics by which it transfered the marketing, sell and registration rights of their blood-plasma products. Nowaydas Bayer healtcare is continuing its business with Kogenate FS(Antihemphilic factor VIII). The manufacturing process of Kogenate FS still continues at the Clayton facilities and Bayer healthcare is reponsible for the worldwide marketing and distribution of this product.
